The Quality System is reviewed, developed and improved in accordance with the Quality Policy in order to provide product conformity, achieve our Quality Objectives and to meet the requirements of our Customers.

Documented Proceedures are maintained for the following:

• Control of Documents
• Control of Records
• Internal Audit of Management Systems
• Control of Non-conforming Product
• Corrective Action
• Preventative Action

Other processes and operations within the business are defined in process instructions, work instructions and other documentation as appropriate.

Design & Development - As we are essentially a subcontractor, we produce parts to existing designs and specifications or to specifications provided to us by our customers. Occassionally we may assist our customers with the development of a new product, in such cases, the design and development review, verification and validation are the sole responsibility of our customer.
