The company's latest acquisition is a LT120 Laser Tube Cutting System complete with a fully automated material loading.

Using standard CAD-CAM software control packages specifically designed by ADIGE (pronounced ADEGE) this state of the art Laser will automatically process complex cutting specifications with high precision and total repeatability.

Starting with a tube bundle, all of the work processes are carried out automatically within the system: selection of individual bars, measurement, feeding, cutting, conveying and unloading of the finished part.

The LT120 is designed for light metal and thin walled tube up to 120mm diameter, perfectly suited for components in the furniture, automotive and heating markets.

MT4 Laser Measurement Machine

Forming an integral part of Willenhall Tube's industry leading quality assurance facilities is the recently commissioned MT4 Laser Measurement Machine.

This state of the art equipment is housed in the company's expanding inspection department and provides precision measurement co-ordinates inputting directly from customer's own CAD or Solid Works programmes.

With the facility for direct data transfer between laser measuring and our BLM E-turn bending machines, the MT4 laser equipment ensures pinpoint accuracy even on the most technically complex shapes.

The MT4 is a further step in the company's drive to deliver an unbeatable service to our customers.

BLM E-turn All Electric Tube Bending Machine

Investment in the latest advancements in machinery is at the forefront of Willenhall Tube's premier position in the tube manipulation market.

The E-Turn all electric tube-bending machine is a typical example of the commitment WTF have invested in order to provide customers with an unrivalled level of capabilities and expertise.

The 12 axis E-Turn operates via Visual Graphic Programming, VGP 3-D, software, reducing set up times and allowing for all parameters to be stored and recalled without the need for further mechanical adjustment.

With the ability of 180-degree head rotation, the E-Turn machine is capable of left and right hand bending in automatic cycle. This facility eliminates work-in-progress, which in turn contributes up to a 50% productivity increase when compared with traditional bending machines.

The E-Turn's unique capabilities are ideally suited in the production of complex vehicle and motorcycle components, hydraulic pipes and an almost unlimited variety of furniture frame styles.
