LT120 Automatic Laser Tube Cutting System
The LT120 Automatic Laser Tube Cutting System is designed to cut light metal and thin wall tube up to 120mm diameter, ideal for a wide range of furniture, automotive, heating, medical and aerospace applications.

Featuring low running costs, proven system reliability, simple and rapid changeover times and a fully automatic working cycle, the LT120 has been specifically designed by Adige for single and assembled tube programming, operating with a standard CAD-CAM software control package.

Starting with a tube bundle, the LT120 programming automatically selects an individual tube and processes through measurement, feeding, cutting, conveying and unloading of the finished part.

Six Axis Multistack Benders
State of the art bending machines, allowing for highly complex manipulation with multi-directional bending, absolute repeatability and accuracy. Launch video.

CNC Benders
CNC Benders are used to achieve the highest quality bends and /or the most complicated of tubes manipulations with the highest accuracy possible. Bending on these machines can either be with or without a mandrel.

Press Benders
Where outward appearance and maintenance of bore shape are not so important, press bending offers the fastest and cheapest of manipulation methods. Willenhall Tube has many years of experience and extensive capacity over a wide range of diameters available for your tube manipulation solutions.

Drilling and Punching.
In addition to manual pedestal drillers and power presses we have a CNC Drill and Punch Line. This machine provides the accurate positioning of holes in any rotation on a straight tube. Holes can also be positioned relative to the tube seam.

End Forming Machines
We have an extensive range of end forming machines for all of our tube manipulation requirements. Whether you require bulging, reducing, sizing, flaring or tapering, we can offer them all.

Robotic Welding.
We have two Robotic Welders which give us ample capacity to produce high quality and complicated welded assemblies. We also offer extensive manual welding, brazing, soldering and spot welding facilities.

Power Presses
Whereas we do not normally supply pressings; we do have a number of power presses in order to perform press operations on manipulated or straight tube. These presses range in capacity from 6 to 100 tonnes.
